• It is very stable. Make sure that the screws are tightened completely at installation

• Ironically, I bought this as a replacement to a 50” LED that was broken by my dog when he knocked it over. Stand is quite wide and seems very stable, but I took the additional precaution of wiring it to the furniture, then wired the furniture to the wall. My advice would be to forget the stand, buy the desired TV, but take additional measures to secure it.
