• I just used some spacers. Worked like magic. The T.V. is light enough that a perfect fit on the spacers isn't required.

• Yes no problem with mounting to the wall, you will have to buy longer screws for the bottom holes because the holes are deeper because the TV is a little thicker at the bottom.
