• One or the other - Bluetooth speaker or internal, not both. I have tried. But Bluetooth works perfectly.

• We have ours paired with a bluetooth tower. At first we could also hear the speaker of the TV but somehow that has changed and we barely hear the TV ones by themselves (only note it in the brief space while it is waiting to connect to the bluetooth speakers). Not sure what I did to change that.
