Remove batteries from remote. Replace batteries! Press and hold buttons mentioned in directions for 5 seconds. Point remote at source box and enter 5 digit code for Samsung TV or from source provider(Comcast etc). Try volume and power! If it does not work, repeat with next code! Keep device pointed at source box!
