The premium UHD TV has better picture quality. I did a ton of research and actually own the premium UHD. The Samsung NU8000 series. The premium will give you deeper colors and better black colors and it comes with a smart remote. Not to mention the array lighting in the premium models. Ultimately it comes down to if you want to spend around the extra $150.
