“Just purchased model NU49UN8000fxza TV. The volume is low even after raising it to 100. Is there some way to adjust the volume so it can be heard? The set is suppose to has Bixby,, but doesn't tell me how to activate it or what it is for”

The volume on every TV that’s made in this new era are low. This TV volume is louder than most, but it’s still low. My answer to this issue is to purchase a Soundbar, especially a Samsung soundbar. As far as the Bixby setting, if it is that important to you, Google it and see what it’s functions are and how it will help your viewing or listening pleasure.
