Hello talorie, QN49Q6FAMFXZA is a 2017 model and QN49Q6FNAFXZA is a 2018 model. I almost bought that one (more expensive 2018 model) but then found out that some of features that I wanted were apparently not in that model. Not sure but I was told that the newer model did not come with a "connection box". I suggest that you go into BESTBUY and talk to the SAMSUNG EXPERT guy (not just anybody) and get the straight story. The newer model is supposed to be 240 Motion. Just be sure before buying.
