• No it won’t, I had to buy a new stand, it would require a 38” table. I ended up getting a mounting stand, it worked out really well.

• I’m gonna say no, because the tv is 49”, you need a bigger stand.I would recommend purchasing this tv still and buy a wall mount. You will not be disappointed.
