The G95SD monitor is a gen 3 Samsung QD-OLED. Samsung says this one is more resistant to burn in than the second gen QD-OLED G95SC. Samsung says this is a brighter display. Samsung says that there is less text fringing due to a new manufacturing process for the color layer. Samsung also chose a light matte finish rather than the perfect glossy finish of the G95SC model. And obviously, from the outside it appears to be the same 1800r curve with the same glorious stand. Personally, I'm torn, as glossy is superior, while everything is better. Some are holding out for an ultrawide 4k 1000r OLED, but there hasn't been any official word that Samsung is planning to make a such a monitor.
