“The red "Add Wash" indicator turns on the moment I press the Power button, and never goes off. Last night I did a "Normal" wash cycle, and the red "Add Wash" indicator stayed lit the entire time (I watched). What condition(s) cause this to turn off?”

Push the "Pause" button first to activate the add function.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Add wash indicator it's lit red, which means you can press pause and open add wash door. This light should go off when your laundry it's half way done, especially during rinse cycle. If the light it's on during rinse cycle, try to press pause and open the add wash door. It should be locked. If it's not, I would contact Samsung.
