“Does the easy access means the basket raises and lowers, or just that it's more shallow?”

• I also read that when I was shopping for washer and dryers. Note that the basket/drum does not raise and the drum is far from shallow. I’m 5’3” and I had to buy a step stool to empty my washer. I bought this in June and really like it however I’m short and I wouldn’t recommend if your not stable on the feet or afraid of step stools. Very important for a short statue.

• It is more shallow, so it's not hard to reach the bottom. It doesn't raise and lower.
