“I was confused with one of the questions answered on the Q&A. If we purchase the dryer with the steam option will I need two faucets to hook up two hoses? Our laundry room only has one water hook up.”

you dont need two separate water lines.You can use a Y shaped fitting to split the same water line into two and connect to both washer and dryer
