“The washer has an E-Z Access tub. Why are several people saying it is so hard to get the clothes out? I liked this feature, but now I am confused.”

I've had to purchase silicon coated tongs so that I can reach single items like socks and even tshirts if they are flat against the bottom. Using a step stool unfortunately doesn't increase the length of my arms. Still like the washer but people with mobility issues might be better off with a raised front loader.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Speaking for myself. I’m 5’3” and cannot get small items like socks etc without a step stool. Half my buddy has to lean down to get items. EZ ACCESS if you are tall, I suppose. The barrel is nice and big but just tall.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure anyone would have a problem getting clothes out. The washer tub is very large and easy to access for me. Maybe the person is short or has short arms.
