“Do Best Buy dispose our old appliances for free?”

• I ordered a washer before Covid-19 pandemic, Best Buy delivered it for free, I paid an additional $29.99 for the hoses and they installed it for free and hauled away the old one also. However, just checking on Best Buy website, they provide free deliver but no longer offer to install nor haul away old item, probably due to no contact delivery service policy. I hope it is temporary because it is a great service and affect greatly to my decision of buying from Best Buy. Here is the quote from Best Buy website when you are ready to check out.

• I think it was $20 to remove the old one if we went that route. We had a local thrift store come and pick up the old one for free. Best Buy did move the old one into the garage for us for free.
