Are you talking about the HDMI arc? If your TV supports HDMI eArc, you may want to switch it to the regular ARC and not the eARC. My sony lost connection to the sound bar after I upgraded to eARC. Also, buy high quality hdmi cables because ARC and eARC will require it. I had some cheap ones on Amazon that stopped working with this samsung soundbar but worked with my cheaper vizio soundbar. I went and bought an 8k quality hdmi cable and it worked with the samsung soundbar. Also, try unplugging your TV and soundbar power cable and HDMI cables as well for at least 20 minutes. Then plug them back in. These have been issues I have dealt with.
