Have the same problem my setup is cable box to hdmi / arc to tv. When you turn off tv sound bar shuts off but would not come back on. Had old att remote. Could not access sound bar. Got new remote now works fine. BUT when you listen to music fron alexa it is a challenge getting everything sync bach up.
