QuestionI have a 75" RU8000 2019 TV. Will my TV fully utilize the capabilities of this soundbar, subwoofer, and both rear speakers? Will my TV seamlessly control on/off and volume?

- Answer I'm aswering my own question. I bought the soundbar after reading Gina's response. Unfortunately, Gina's response is not correct. You can use the TV remote to control the volume and power off. For powering on the soundbar, you have to use the soundbar remote. Then, sometimes, you have to use the TV remote to manually switch the audio to the soundbar. Q-Symphony does not work at all.

QuestionWe have a Samsung Q80 TV, Q850T soundbar and SWA9000 rear speakers. Issue: the soundbar cycles through settings and turns on and off continuously. We solved the problem by disconnecting the rear speakers. How do we get the rear speakers to work again?

- Answer This is being caused by the Sep 15th update. Sanding refuses to acknowledge the issue even though they're are a ton of other people reporting this. This has made the Soundbar junk. Hopefully Samsung will get this fixed soon

QuestionI have this soundbar and got an LG CX OLED tv. My 4k blu ray player connected to the bar's HDMI in passes everything thru just fine, and the tv even shows it receiving a Dolby Vision signal. Does the bar passthru DV, or am I seeing that message in error?

- Answer Hi Javin: The HW-Q850T soundbar suppports HDR10+ as passthrough. You may want to connect the blu ray directly to the TV and then run another HDMI to the soundbar using the ARC feature. ^Patty

- Answer Hi Rathalos, great question. Ths HW-Q850 T will have features the Sound+ soundbar didn't. Fisrt the new sound bar will decode Dolby Atmos and DTSX which, depending on the model, your current one can't. You'll also be able to use Samsung Symphony which plays audio from the TV and sound bar at the same time to give you more immersive sound. ^Scott

- Answer Hi James! If you have a 2020 Samsung Q80T TV or above, you can utilize both the TV speakers and HW-Q850T soundbar simultaneously. This is a new feature from Samsung called Object Tracking Sound! ^Gina
