QuestionMy H.W.-K950 Samsung Sound Bar stopped working and The TV ARCH is gone from the display. I get no sound coming out of it???? I have tried to unplug and restart it, I have checked all of the cabling. Please Advise on howto get it back

- Answer Pain in the butt but try this. You may need another set of hands or two. Unplug power from bar & woofer 30 seconds. Plug back in... after hello display press button at bottom of woofer for 10 seconds. Hope to see blinking blue light. Use remote & power off bar... then depress mute (left side) on remote until bar message INT. Then use remote to power bar on. Hope see steady blue light. Then do the same for the rear speakers. You may need to do both at the same time. Goodnluck

QuestionDoes this soundbar system work with Alexa?

- Answer I don't think the sound bar itself works with Alexa. We have Google Assistant and a Chromecast. This allows us to tell google to play or cast to the tv and the sound bar is connected to the TV

- Answer Using the remote that came with the system, press on the top of the D-pad for at least 5 seconds. "ID SET" should appear on the soundbar display. Then hold the "ID SET" button on the rear of the speaker. The blue LED should go solid.

- Answer I would put them between 5 and 7 pounds. I was able to easily mount them with rocketfish speaker mounts.

QuestionHow heavy are the satellite speakers? Curious if I could secure them to the wall using 3M wall tape. I don't really want to have holes drilled in my wall. Does Samsung make stands that they could be elevated on?

QuestionJust recently bought the k950 and hooked up all the connections correctly. Everything was working great until last week. My ARC connection just stopped working and the it doesn’t recognize the k950 anymore. I only have a few days left to return. Answers?

Questionhey I just bought a tv 65 oled LG tv with Dolby atmos. for some reason I can't hear my movies with Dolby atmos on my soundbar....this sucks . I pay so much money for my tv . And I can even use Dolby atmos. that wrong with this sound bar. please help.

QuestionI have a Samsung HW-H750 with two R1s as rear speakers. I can stream sound to each individual speaker with the MultiRoom app or group them together for surround sound. Is this the case for this setup or are the rear speakers ‘locked’ to the soundbar?

- Answer You can use it with any tv but I do not recommend mounting it directly attached physically to the tv. It will work better if it is close to the tv but not touching because of vibration. It sounds better if placed on the floor or on a stable sound board that will reflect the sound well.. this is a quality versatile sound bar with various sound settings and needs a good sound baffle like a solid floor to reflect the sound. A solid shelf is another option

- Answer Yes, they will still be functional if you use the optical connection. You will not, however, have Dolby Atmos.

- Answer Samsung HW-K950 has two HDMI inputs / one HDMI output, Digital Audio-in (optical), and Aux-in (does not show size). The subwoofer and the rear speakers connects via wi-fi to the soundbar. You can also use Samsung multi-room app and connect your mobile device, i.e. Android or iOS and play your favorite music. Images are from the instruction manual.
