This seems silly but, I actually made the initial mistake of not having the soundbar setup correctly. Be sure the “Samsung” logo is on the top. Otherwise, you’ll have your forward facing speakers blasting sound downwards. Pic attached.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.sound other than bass should not be coming from the subwoofer... typically the subwoofer only comes on when there is a lot of bass in the video. If you are not hearing bass then perhaps you have the bass really low on the TV. If you are hearing other sounds that are not bass then something is wrong... it's not supposed to do that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Electronics at the stores are very misleading. They are in demo mode. These sound bars can only deliver what your TV delivers to it. So your TV would have to have high quality output, most televisions don't.
