Can the machine be connected to wifi and how? null

Yes it can connect to wi-fi, but on this model it is only for alerting you that the cycle is complete (done) or for troubleshooting error codes. It's all in the manual. You first have to download the Samsung "Smartthings" app. Full Instructions in the owner's manual. It's not hard, if I can do it, you can too. The next model up is completely operable from the app, but that model is pricey. Over $1,100 just for the washer.
