“Without having an agitator does it cause your clothes to not get as clean?”

I am very happy with this washing machine. The clothes come out very clean. It does a great job. Had a maytag before this one. Like the Samsung better.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My last washer didn’t have an agitator & I never liked it. I also felt like clothes didn’t get clean. Not sure what the difference is but so far I feel my clothes are much cleaner with this one. Towels are softer & fluffier. I stopped it to put in more towels & the water in the tub was so brown I couldn’t believe it. The machine had hardly started washing at that point. The clothes just feel different. I think it has something to do with the way it moves & the length of time it washes & rinses. Not real sure. I just like the result.
