“I was told by a Samsung mechanic , After 5 years they dont make parts for these machines. I bought mine about 5 years ago and rusting inside and cant get a part. Told me to get a different one.”

I don't know about Washers but for my fridge I needed the trim that goes around the doors. I went to the Samsung website and ordered it without any problem and my fridge is close to 10 years of age.
