• Washy I haven't tried that and I've only used the pre-soak option once, but if I remember correctly I could select the pre-soak time I wanted.

• There is a pre-soak cycle that can be activated to add 18 minutes of soaking time at the start of the wash cycle for better stain removal. ^Lo
