• My drawer doesn’t glide out smoothly either. It seems to me cheap also.

• Hi there, I can help with that. This unit does have the simple storage drawer at the bottom of the range. This means there is a different design than the Warming Drawer. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad
