QuestionHi just wondering if it is normal for the oven to have a subtle thud sound as it preheats and once the oven is turned off an it is cooling down. I am noticing that every time I use the oven.

QuestionThe sides of the inside bottom drawer are 4 3/4 inches high. The sides of my current bottom drawer on a GE are 5 inches, but I can fit a 6 inch high sauce pan into the drawer and it closes. Will my 6 inch sauce pan fit in this 4 3/4 " drawer?

QuestionI just got my new range, I ran the oven at 400 for an hour - the glass top gets quite hot while the oven is on. Is this normal? Seems the whole area except a small section in the corner gets hot.

- Answer Samsung will say it’s normal for the oven to click “every so often” while it’s in use. What they don’t say is “every so often” means every 5-30 seconds. It’s unrelenting and very annoying. Shame on them for putting this product out there like this.
