“on the middle burner how high should the flame be, mine is only about1/4 inch high and I tried to adjust it but still only 1/4 high”

Hi there, I can answer this for you. Your middle burner will not have the same flame size as the rest of your burners due to this one being designed for your griddle. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad
