I've had my range for about 3 weeks now. So far everything works great. I haven't tried the cleaning cycle yet. I've baked croissants, gingerbread, cornbread. Roasted vegetables on the air-fry function and broiled some steaks. Also used griddle and large center burner to make pancakes. After suffering with a lousy electric range for years I'm happy to be cooking with gas again. This range is easy to use. The only downside is that the storage drawer isn't very deep. Just enough to store the griddle and air-fry tray. I had a professional installer put in my range because I needed to change out my electrical & run a gas line to my range area.

Beautiful oven. Just switched from electric to gas. Have baked in it several times already. Very even baking, air frying worked great for roasts & chicken wings. Easy to install, easy cleaning; would definitely recommend!!

The wife loves it! She is super happy with her new range. Loves the broil and air fry features. She loves the look and performance. Easy to install.

Great stove! And with a built in air fryer! I haven’t got to try all of the settings yet, but I look forward to it! Is everything on the stove and oven has worked amazing so far!

Installed new cabinets before it arrived. The dimensions are accurate. Finishes are as expected. Features are great! We installed just before thanksgiving and got to really put it through its paces. The air fryer and stove top were the main features we wanted and both work amazing!

I’m so happy with this stove, my kitchen looks very high end due to the sleek finis of this stainless steel range, if you are thinking about buying it, don’t hesitate, I promise you won’t regret it, and all the features are unbelievable too!

It’s a good upgrade so far. No complaints. I went for the black stainless steel for my preference! Still getting use to the features on the stove. Haven’t used the air fryer feature yet. Overall I’m happy with my purchase. It’s a lot more time consuming in getting it cleaned. It cooks food much faster & evenly, something my old stove was lacking after 13 years. I cooked everyday!!!

Samsung freestanding range in stainless steel. I absolutely love my new range. It’s not only stylish but also very powerful in each individual pilot’s and love the oven features such as air dry and conventional oven it heats up very fast no more long waiting till it preheats

I love this stove. We had to adjust to the temperature because it puts out more heat than the previous stove. But we notice the food is cool more evenly as well. I can get enough of the self clean feature as well

I love there stove, I've used it just about everyday.

I purchased this open box, with a sign saying just missing a burner. Meaning brand new just missing a piece. Was told it’ll be delivered in a week. Delivery day comes , the item was misplaced therefore missed delivery due date. Finally get the delivery 3 weeks later only to find the stove was previously used! Used as in someone actually used the stove and oven. Best Buy did NOTHING! Was basically told well nothing we can do. Didn’t know Best Buy was breaking into the thrift store business. WILL NEVER BUY FROM BEST BUY AGAIN

We previously bought a similar Samsung range at our old home and fell in love with it. After we sold the house and moved we knew we wanted to upgrade our appliances again. We enjoy how easy it is to use and how well it heats up food when cooking. We also like the convention features as it cuts down on our baking time and bakes evenly. Excited to use the air fryer on this model as we own a separate air fryer. Now we have more counter space thanks to this range. I would definitely recommend friends and family to make this purchase.

This oven is a rediculous value!!! The air fry is an excellent add on, convection works wonderfully, and the griddle is awesome!!! Water boils in no time and the preheat takes half the time of my old stove. It also seems like the knobs are metal, which I had read was not the case on the old oven (apparently plastic and were prone to breaking off, also, not cheap to replace). So happy that I held off on buying my new oven months ago. I certainly lucked into this excellent oven!!!

This range is so cool... I like the big knobs controlling the burners ... easy to use and safe; you can’t turn it off by turning it too much (like my old range did) because it won’t let you turn it beyond Low. The griddle in the middle is awesome for pancakes and the air fryer is awesome for fries but you have to be mindful of the drippings. Putting aluminum foil on the bottom rack (like I did with my old range) is actually obstructing the heat flow, making the baking time longer :( So I’m glad it can clean itself but haven’t tried yet. Huge oven!! The fan is barely audible and baking time is much shorter with convection! It’s definitely worth the price (rather than repairing your old range, like I did last year :()

It's a nice Stove. The one I received was damaged and was replaced with a 6.0 CuFt Model that is nearly identical because the first was no longer in Inventory. I recommend the Product. Customer Service at the Local Store was outstanding. Online Customer Service was a bad experience though.
