Yes, this stove is 36" high, even with our 36" counter top. You may ask if the legs have an adjustment to raise or lower, I do not know, but it would only be around 1/8-1/4" if it will adjust. Hope this helps, We did not install the stove, but most large appliances have legs that adjust.
