“How does the grate hold up over time? Does the grate chip or show other types of harsh wear?”

• We’ve had this model since 2015, 3 members in our household. I try my best to take good care of the stove as we use it. I’ve only deep cleaned the grates about 4 times but they still look nearly new (so far). Definitely no nicks or deep scratches. Holding up great so far.

• Only had the unit for less than a month, but it seems like it will hold up well. Solid cast iron grate construction... the few scuffs here and there from moving pots and pans around on it wipe right off with a finger swipe (once the grate has cooled, of course).
