I wondered the same thing and called Samsung on that question. The white in this model does not come in that wide view extra large window. It is very misleading by Best Buy. They need to change that!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I had the same issue with the white on. I though it was just a mistake on Samsung's part. It looked just like last years model. I had them replace.it. The replacement had the same issue, so I returned it. It has been 6 months since I purchased it and I just got my refund. They refunded me the wrong amount and I am still working on that debacle. I would say that I am a regular shopper of BestBuy and have never had this type of issue before.
