Product Manuals

Q: Where is the broiler? Is it like older style ovens in the bottom drawer or in the actual oven space? Thank you.

A: Hi ECarp! The broiler heating element is located inside the oven compartment of this range. ^Jecca

Q: Has anyone received the door advertised? I like the big black window, but all the customer pictures show a much smaller black window.

A: I wondered the same thing and called Samsung on that question. The white in this model does not come in that wide view extra large window. It is very misleading by Best Buy. They need to change that!

Q: how can I order oven rack

A: I'm happy to help with this, Charlene! You can find all the available parts and accessories for Samsung appliances at SamsungParts.com or by calling 1-800-627-4368. ^Jecca

Q: Can a center grate be ordered in addition to the standard center grill?

A: I just bought this range. It comes with a center grate to go over the elongated oval center burner. The rectangular griddle, also included, sits on top of the center grate. So you shouldn’t have to buy either the center grate OR the griddle separately.

Q: Does this come with propane conversion parts?

A: Yes it does, Steelheader! Samsung gas ranges come with an LP (liquid propane) conversion kit. Samsung does recommend having a licensed professional perform the conversion due to the risks associated with gas and propane. ^Jecca

Q: Do you haul away an old appliance (gas range) after delivering a new range? If so what is the additional cost?

A: yes they will remove old appliance. when you add it to cart it gives you the option to pay a $25 fee to remove it.

Q: Does the Top Range open to clean under the range? Will I need to take it apart to access it or does it easily lift up as other models may? Thanks

A: I'm happy to help with this, Korigan! This link (https://bit.ly/3bCAlZX) has everything you need to know about the best ways to clean the cooktop. I also have this link (https://bit.ly/3ovlgOT) that has some more details about cleaning the oven compartment as well. ^Jecca
