• There aren't separate levels for different forms of cooking because the heat is circulated throughout and it wouldn't really make a difference.

The NX58H5650WS has 7 rack positions, all of which can be used for baking or roasting, though the ideal position depends on what and how many of any particular item you're cooking. • The middle works best for baking. The lower rack for roasting.
