Q: QuestionI have ordered this range but am concerned about the width. The space between my cabinets is about 30 1/4, but the counter top overhangs and is about 29 3/14 in the front and 29 1/2 in the back. My old oven had a gap for the counter top. Will it fit?

Q: QuestionWe bought the Samsung NX58H9500WS Range knowing that the install instructions call for getting the Lower Trim Kit so that the Range would fit into our 37" counter top height. Now we are finding that the GE Trim kit is no longer available. Options?

Q: QuestionI know the fan runs when the oven is on convection. The fan also seems to be on when I'm just using the bake mode. Is this correct? I don't think the fan should be on during normal back mode. Thanks,

Q: QuestionThis will replace my current slide-in. There is now 2 1/2" of counter top behind the range. Will that need to be cut out for this range? In other words is it designed to replace a freestanding as opposed to a slide-in? Thanks!

• A:Answer In our application it does however we are building a center island in our kitchen we’re we will move he stove to. It is we’re our free standing stove was with minimal gap off the wall. But with the exhaust fan being in the back the microwave vent system above doesn’t clear the way we would like it to. This is why we decided on having a center island built with a full exhaust hood so we can feel safer with our grandkids around it. Other then that it’s a fantastic stove. Q: QuestionI asked which kit was needed for a Samsung range and you gave me a part number that appears to be for a gas dryer. I think there needs to an burner orifice kit which has a conversion for each burner.

• A:Answer The stove comes ready to hookup to Natural gas, if you have LP/Propane you will have to change out each orfice about 10, it comes with a conversion kit but takes some time to get to the ones for the oven. I spent a hour helping a friend do the oven ones, take your time and get a bunch of tools.

Q: QuestionWhen the oven starts a yellow glow comes from the bottom of the oven before the gas ignites and continues while the gas is on. Then it goes off when the heating is complete. Is this a normal operating condition? Seems to take a while to ignite too
