A:AnswerI'd like to help Dee! If it is the door that is locked, follow the steps in this link: https://bit.ly/2tFMlH6. If it is just the control panel that is not responding, this link (https://bit.ly/2Fpfkl1) can walk you through what steps to take. ^Jecca
A:AnswerMy range sits approximately 1-3/4" away from the wall installed. I actually prefer a little clearance for air circulation, especially when the self cleaning oven is running. The installation manual for this stove does show the ideal location for the gas pipe/line. I have a flexible gas line, so it does have some wiggle room.
A:AnswerIncluding the oven handle (center), my stove measures 28-1/4" away from the wall. The clearance I have from the wall to the back of the stove is approximately 1-3/4" installed. Hope this helps!

A:AnswerI believe it could be used that way with the convection feature. I would still place the items I wanted to "air fry" in one of the metal basket style containers which are sold to do just this - air fry in a conventional oven. Should work very well using the convection oven feature. Have not tried this (although I actually have one of these baskets) because I have an air fryer and use the air fryer as it uses less energy and much less overall heat in the kitchen.
A:AnswerHi jaimmie! You would need a licensed professional to adjust the post under the knob in order to center the knob. I can provide you with this link (https://bit.ly/2pCDMHL) to help you find a servicer in your area. ^Jecca

A:AnswerGood question Sandy! Page 15 of the User Manual has detailed instructions on how to set the timer. If you need to download a copy of the manual, just follow this link (https://bit.ly/2z4lS5I). ^Jecca
A:AnswerLike any basic kitchen stove, it doesn't have to be, and you can get by with a recirculating type hood vent. Your just going to be limited to how much smoke or steam you generate while cooking.
A:AnswerHey Aly! Thanks for being interested in our product. The inside of the knob is made of iron but the exterior has a stainless steel finish.
