- Answer The 6630 is the 2017 model, and the 6631 is the 2019 model. BOTH are exactly the same as far as I can tell. Neither one comes with the cooking griddle or the wok grille. HTH, Videodude

- Answer I've researched before and the only difference I could tell is cosmetics - the shape of the oven door handle and maybe a few other things I haven't noticed. They are identical performance-wise.
