“Does this oven bake evenly?”

• I have found this oven to bake evenly and the temperature readout to match an independent thermometer. Works much better than the oven it replaced.

• I see no need for a convection fan with this oven. Everything I have baked has come out perfect.

• Hi SG, Thanks for your interest in the NX58F5500SW. This model has the same quality workmanship, capacity and controls as other Samsung Gas Ranges, but it does not have a convection fan to help distribute the heat evenly. Models that do feature convection include the NX58H5600 (Fan Convection for even baking results) and the NX58H5650 (True Convection for faster and more even cooking). - Ms. Samsung

• Yes. I make bread and the oven is right on temperature wise and the bread browns beautifully.
