I find Ms. Samsung's answer to this question less than informative and possibly evasive. The 9950ws does indeed list an included conversion kit in documentation. Other documentation shows that while LP convertible, the 9500ws DOES NOT include the kit. Since the question was about the 9500 and not the 9950, would like to know an accurate answer. Also Samsung does not list a conversion kit for ranges on its website, only dryers.

Regarding your concern, for your range to utilize LP gas, the installer must replace the 5 surface burner orifices and 2 oven orifices with the provided LP orifice set, and reverse the GPR adapter. These adjustments must be made by a qualified service technician in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and all codes and requirements of the authority having jurisdiction.
