The Warming Drawer has three temperature settings: Hi (~194°F), Med (~186°F) and Low (~158°F), and is not designed to cook uncooked foods. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung

Self-Cleaning Slide-In Gas Convection Range if the warming drawer gets hot enough to cook. Regarding your concern, The warming drawer is designed to keep hot foods at serving temperature. Always start with hot food. Cold or room-temperature foods cannot be heated, warmed, or cooked in the warming drawer. I suggest you check this link to your user manual for further assistance.
