“I am guessing that the convection bake/roasting automatically convert the temperature for you. That you still put in your normal bake temperature from recipes and it auto adjusts. The Conv. convert feature simply displays adjust temp or not Is this right?”

The convection feature cooks food faster and more evenly with a heated fan system that is great for baking and broiling. The Auto Conversion (enabled by default) will immediately reduce any entered temperature by 25 degrees Fahrenheit when using convection cooking. Thank you for choosing Samsung! ^Lena
