“What is the maximum amount of time I can bake for? I’m trying to slow cook a roast in a dutch oven for 12 hours and it appears you can’t set the bake timer for 10+ hours. I’m very surprised and unhappy.”

Yep, ended up setting for 9hr 99min. Still disappointed because this seems to be due to oversight on design of the interface so that somebody could make it look pretty. Plenty of room to add another digit to the hours.
