A:AnswerThis range does not offer the blue LED illuminated knobs. Here is a link to our website Samsung.com (https://bit.ly/2ZiR4ul) where you can view the ranges we offer with this feature. Thank you for being a Samsung customer! ^Lena
A:AnswerThere is a vent for the oven at the back on the top. My advice would be to make sure you have a good fume extraction system ... you'll thank me later.
A:AnswerHello, GegeCindy. If your range is displaying it, it would appear that the unit is in demo mode. This is used by retailers for display purposes only. In this mode, the heating element does not work. To disable this, 1. Press the Options button and then 9 on
the number pad.
2. Press 1 (Off) or 2 (On) on the number
pad.
3. Press the START/SET button to save the change. ^Lo
A:AnswerThe gas inlet is on the lower left hand side when you are facing the range from the front. It's about 5 inches above the bottom of the cabinet. Also, they don't tell you this on the website, but it doesn't include the adaptor the connects the range to the the gas line. So if you can't salvage the one from the stove you are replacing that's still another item you will need to purchase. Hopefully your range works longer than three weeks. That's all that mine lasted before the control panel for the oven fried.
A:AnswerYes, there is a separate lip that you can install. Not sure if it goes on the stove or on your countertop since I used the existing one that I had with my prior range.
A:AnswerHi barbarj! I recommend beginning on page 19 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3hMoN81) for details on what options and features are available on this range. ^Jecca
A:AnswerI thought also it would be an issue, it is a snug fit, however, you have to ensure you lift and slide it in, to allow the lip or wings on the side to rest on top of counter about 1/2-1 inch. Prevents stuff from spiling down the side.
A:AnswerTop burners all burner igniters work at the same time, and only function in a certain position on knobs, oven has a continuous ignition that stays on all the time oven is on thus giving a yellow glow, and is normal according to Samsung representative
