One of the burners on the NX589950WS is more powerful hence the higher btu rating. I doubt you would notice the difference in the real world. The NX589950WS also has a sliding rack which we find useful. The rack can, however, be bought separately. Final difference is the look of the handles on the range and matching microwave. You pay a premium for the Chef Collection set but if you like the styling you'll have to pay the extra. Either way, you will not be disappointed in the performance. The stainlesss steel on the Chef Collection may be a slightly higher quality but I'm not 100% sure about that. Take a close look at the two in the showroom. Good luck with your purchase.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. These two models have many of the same features. Besides the upgraded Chef Collection design, the NX58H9950WS offers a 19K BTU Power Burner and Gliding Rack, compared to the 18K BTU Power Burner and split rack in the NX58H9500WS. Thanks for your interest! Ms. Samsung
