“Recently purchased this oven. Has any experienced the cook top and front steel piece getting extremely hot when the oven is on? It gets incredibly hot and I’m not sure if it’s defective or if everyone is having the same experience.”

The vent for your oven is next to the control panel. So when the oven is in use, the panel will get warm. Thank you for choosing Samsung! ^Lena
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just got it, and baked out the oils for about 30 minutes at 450* and i noticed the front trim was very hot to the touch. Doesn't seem right to me. Warm is understandable, this feels like it will burn me .
