• It has regular baking and broiling, plus convection baking and roasting. Using convection uses a very quiet fan to circulate the hot air around the food, reducing cooking time. The bottom heat element is hidden, giving you more space in the oven and making cleaning much easier. It has both steam (light) and regular (heavy) self cleaning. You can choose how much of the front burners to turn on, either the inside ring for smaller pans or both the inner and outer rings for larger pans. It has a keep warm burner on the top and a programmable keep warm feature for the oven.
