“I currently have a self-cleaning range that food particles fall between the door glass because of the cleaning lock opening on top of the door. This has turned me off from any model that has the top lock opening. Any comments or guarantees?”

• I had the same problem with my last stove. So far this one. Hasn’t done that and I’ve cleaned the glass several times.
