- Answer Thanks for your question, Ronnie. The NE59J7630SW features True Convection, which includes a heating element paired with a fan in the back wall of the oven to help circulate heat more evenly and thoroughly, saving time and energy (up to 30% faster cooking times compared to conventional ovens). Detailed instructions for using this and other features are included in the User Manual which is available as a pdf file on Samsung's website for easy reference. If you're unfamiliar with convection, I would definitely suggest reviewing these instructions since there are some differences you should be aware of compared to a conventional oven. For example, the Auto Convert feature will adjust your set temperature down by 25°F when Convection Bake is selected, and baking times will likely be faster, as well. It's generally recommended that you start checking for done-ness approximately 70% of the way through the conventional baking time indicated in the recipe since the actual time needed can vary. - Ms. Samsung

QuestionIs the clicking normal?When I use the convection setting on the oven the fan clicks on for 5 seconds and then clicks off for 5 seconds over and over the entire time it cooks. Is that normal?

- Answer Yes, the fan is making sure the heat is evenly spread throughout the oven. It shouldn't be that loud but is noticeable if your watching your food cook.

- Answer Thanks for your interest. The NE59J7630SW does not have a bridge element. I'm not sure what you mean by "clean view"; the window in the door is tinted but does allow you to see what's cooking inside, especially when you press the button on the control panel that turns the oven light on without having to open the door. - Ms. Samsung

- Answer Not sure but I did have to have an electrician out because a workman had put a nail through the wire. It didn't affect the old stove but it did affect the new range.

- Answer I don't know how it happened - We do not have that issue. We keep the stove top clean and do not slide pots or pans around. Could be some liquid or food that was burned into the surface and it was cooked in -- use that stovetop cleaner - it may do the trick.
