“Can I cook 2 cookie sheets at once? I love that the oven capacity is so large. I'm new to cooking and am wondering if I can bake 2 cookie sheets at the same time? I know I can't in the oven I have now, so I'm not sure if I need a convection oven or if this one would allow me to do so and they would bake evenly. Thank you!”

The alum half sheet baking sheets will not fit 2 to a rack, but there are 2 racks, and you can cook 2 at a time that way. The oven is very accurate, and usually there is no problem using 2 different levels.

However, one of the benefits of a convection oven is the ability of the fans to circulate the hot air evenly, resulting in even cooking and browning. If this degree of even baking is important to you, then you may want to consider the FTQ353 or another model with the convection feature. - Ms. Samsung
