“1) The specs says the tv has no speakers, so how does it get audio??? 2) The warranty say one year parts only,...so what if the tv fails within one year?? 3) Are thes new tvs?? what does open box mean?”

1. The TV does have built in speakers. Plenty of volume 2. Don't know 3. Mine was new and sealed in a box. Not sure what open box means.
