I have not had any issues with motion blur at all, the video output is very crisp and even superior to my previous TV which was also a flatscreen Samsung. I have no issues with the sound, it's quite loud depending on which mode you use. I am hard of hearing and with my older Samsung TV's I've had to crank the sound, I do not have that issue with this TV. It does have 2 HDMI, 1 USB and 1 Coax cable input. The box does state the refresh is 60 and not 120, the 120 refers to a term specific to Samsung.
