“I have a 32 inch Samsung smart TV LED. The movies on Netflix will only show with a 2 inch black line on the top and on the bottom. When I go online and research this it says that there some issue with the Samsung Tv's and Netflick's. Is this true?”

Movies are filmed in various aspect ratios that differ from your screen aspect and will result in black borders from time to time, this is normal.
